At IKO SHADES, we prioritize your satisfaction and trust above all else. Our return, replacement, and exchange policy is designed to ensure you have a seamless experience if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase.

1.Notification Period:

  • You must inform us of your intention to return or exchange the product within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the product. (If you inform after 48 hours after receiving order, we will deny for return or replacement.

2.Condition of the Sunglasses:

  • Sunglasses must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and accessories included.

  • The QR tag must be attached to the sunglasses for the return to be accepted.

3.Promotional Sales:

  • For products purchased during promotional sales (e.g., “buy one, get one up to 75% off”), we only offer a replacement product instead of a refund.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable in all cases.

4.Wrong Product Received:

5.Issue Reporting:

  • If you face any issues with your product, you need to raise a complaint within 48 hours after delivery.
